Dr. Yinka Adepoju founded Baltimore Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation in 2004 with Leigh Harman, where at the helm of the organization, he developed a holistic approach which encompasses non-surgical treatments that relieve pain, promote healing and prevent injury, combined with patient education in physical therapy techniques, general wellness, and ergonomics. This comprehensive physical therapy and rehabilitation treatment strategy aims to optimize results, shorten recovery time and prevent re-injury. Our delivery model started with providing house calls to residents of the many counties in the Greater Baltimore area, and over the last 15 years, has expanded into outpatient freestanding clinics, aquatic therapy, community rehabilitation at medical day programs, and behavioral health. In 2007, Dr. Ali Kanji joined Dr. Adepoju at BOR and they continued BOR's mission in providing indigenes of Greater Baltimore easy access to physical medicine and rehabilitation services.

Dr. Yinka Adepoju oversees the business operations and leads BOR’s vision, strategy, and growth, including developing strategic expansion of BOR’s business interests, personnel management, developing relationship with clients and vendors, and analyzing problematic situations and occurrences to provide solutions to ensure company’s survival and growth. BOR’s holisitic approach to providing quality and cost-effective rehabilitation services and behavioral health services patients has expanded to other cities and states including, Washington D.C, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. 

Dr. Yinka Adepoju was one of the youngest graduating members of his 1999 class at the University of Maryland, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Biology. He advanced his education in the School of Medicine at University of Maryland, and Marymount University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and post doctorate fellowship specializing in trauma orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Dr. Adepoju is deeply committed to clinical excellence, patient-centered care to relieve pain, increase mobility, strengthen the body, promote healing, endurance and reduce the risk of future injury.
